Royal Street Party

Royal Street Party

As neighbours come together to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee with a street party, we asked how many homes sold since the start of 2021 had Jubilee-related addresses.

  • The word ‘Queen’ featured in the address of more than 1,000 homes sold. Another 650 included ‘Elizabeth’ and 150 were blessed with the fully regal ‘Queen Elizabeth’.
  • Properties sold on addresses including 'Royal' achieved average sales prices of over £360,000, with those including 'Crown' achieving over £300,000.
  • While there have been over 850 sales including 'Jubilee', there have been less than 10 sales each at addresses including 'Platinum' or 'Purple’! Source: Dataloft, Land Registry
